Don’t fish over their much !
but it’s almost mid February with several 60°+ days and mid 60° next week you know where those fish are headed and they always are stacked in that deeper water headed up into little river !
    Too blessed to be stressed!

Man you hardly ever get any info on Weiss in this forum for some reason. I’ve ask several times and no one ever responds with anything about lake Weiss. I grew up fishing the lake when we owned a lake home in leesburg but it’s no longer in the family and I don’t get over there as much as I’d like to. I’m gonna try to make a trip this coming weekend and I’ll report back.

Funny how people are different from different areas. I’m lucky to fish wheeler where the majority of the guys are always ready to give a report and help any way they can.

I’m back home visiting with the family for my birthday and they gifted me a new crappie rod from one of the local shops in Centre. I’m from the area and have family members that fished that place long ago. The guy threw these in with the rod and said he had been wearing them out on Weiss with these. Maybe that could be some help for ya.
