If I can get away Friday I’m gonna chance it in something much smaller than that. Lol. Won’t lie I won’t be as comfortable as normal.

Used to have one of those 8 ft plastic bass boats with a.front mounted pulling
Trolling motor i turned 180 degrees.amazingly stable even with 2 people.Always kinda wanted a crawdad. Guess I am stuck with this st160 lowe and 50 merc.,,love it!

Love the little boats. Maybe I am just old lol. to me if getting there is more work than doing I just shy away from it. I hope you catch so many you have to make several trips to unload the boat.

I think as shallow as the water is now that you could see them. The big one is getting away from you as soon as he hears the least little sound. With the colder weather i bet they go to the remote pits for the winter. I fished from November through March and never saw one last year. I enjoy seeing them, especially the little 4 footer that stayed on the log sunning itself.
