The thing that I struggle with some days is not kicking the front depth finder off the deck when I see fish and they ease up and then are afraid of commitment. I really enjoy getting to see how many fish do not bite, when one does especially if it eats my wife’s jig or minnow it’s just icing on a great cake. She went with me this morning and didn’t catch a fish, I caught 5-6. We brought 3 crappie home and we spent time together and had a good time even though it was cloudy misty and cool. She’s ready to go any time I am and I’m very thankful for that.
