DO you happen to be on Verizon? Mine did the same thing couple of weeks ago and i raised Holy H-E- double Hockey Sticks! I was so mad because i pay extra for storage to make sure i don't loose my contacts each month. And it still happened. Then the no good so and so's tried to claim i did this. I fussed and cussed about everyone i could get on the phone. Im still HOT about it.
