Lots and lots of catch and release past few days... one fish out of 60 or so barely touched the 9 inch mark on the rule. Tough waters for any species we tried. Humbling for sure... great time had regardless! Wonderful lake, beautiful scenery... I’d sure have to learn some secrets if I wanted to eat many fish dinners over here! Lol

We put in at Smith’s Marina. We stayed at a house off of Tierce Patton Road. Fished that area up to Hwy 43 bridge and up to the old bridge. We weren’t holding our mouths right... lol . But we had a great time trying. The family talked about making that a yearly trip, if we do I’ll definitely hit you up for some pointers. Thank you.
