    Default Cleaning Crappie

Filet or split down the backbone?

Me I have an electric scale and I taught my son (14years old) how to use it..so I split down the backbone. Once set up we can clean wash and bag 30 fish in less than 30 minutes.
Note I bought a 14 qt frying pan for cooking. Also my kids can eat the fish as fast when they have to work around the bone. Cleaning CrappieCleaning CrappieCleaning CrappieCleaning CrappieCleaning CrappieCleaning Crappie

Go Job, make sure you keep those pot handles turned in. It's funny what you remember from old commercials
