Thread: First Limit

Went to Wilson today and got on them at Shoals Creek. My daughter got to take a break from school and join me for about two hours. We made some memories. Technically, I guess I didn’t hit my limit, because she had a few in the live well. But this was the first time I had to stop fishing because I hit the limit (I was the only one in the boat when she left).

We were catching them between 20-30 foot deep in 47 foot of water. Couldn’t get them to get on any color jig, so we switched up and went with minnows.

These are some pics from our day. She said she would catch them. But she wasn’t bating the hook or taking the fish off! LOL
