Back on the 5th me and Dad stopped by the fishing pier off Sunset Trail Dr and the bass were busting shad like crazy just a few feet from the pier. We each tied on a treble hook and would snag a shad then wait for the water to boil and toss our shad in the middle then just hang on!! We got a hold of some that had to go 7-8 lbs easily but we were fishing with 6lb test line and they hit so hard the line just snapped before we could react. We ended up with 9 nice size bass with the biggest being 4lbs and 21" long. Plus a few gills and a perch in about 2 hours of fishing.Name: IMG_20181105_143808.jpg Views: 433 Size: 123.4 KB
