    Tried some on ribs, the hot Cajun. No BBQ sauce at end of cook. Pretty good stuff, now to try on baked fish.

    Didn't stay at holiday inn last night, but me and my neighbor caught 13 cats on noodles this am early....so got some fish to fool with,,,,frying tonight baking soon to test southern flavor. ..Got deeper into garmin 7 sv this am. Played with with side image and and waypoints. I don't have mapping, but for the money this machine is one kicker..

    Found the southern flavor 15 oz regular and garlic at piggly wig for 7.79 they only have the Cajun in the Lil shakers. Lot cheaper than online! Trying the the garlic on a pork loin today. Will report
