I went fishing this morning, got on the water at 6:30am and went to where they had bedded in early Feb until the
cold snap hit. I knew that some had not spawned and the weather has warmed up again and they would be there again. They were biting pretty good until the East wind started kicking up hard about 7:30. I caught 10 good fish before I quit at 7:30. The biggest was 16.5” and weighed 2 1/4lbs. Water temps were 59° and I caught half on minnows and the others on a Road Runner with a shad colored Pile Diver on it.
