    We put in at 31 hwy and went down stream. Water was 38 at launch and 42 when we left. We fished from 9-3. Focused mainly on laydowns in 12 fow and worked our way shallower on each top bumping the bottom with jigs and minnows. Kept a dozen and caught that many more short fish. Water was a good green stained color. And TVA was busy making electricity all day.
