I was told that there was a boat or 2 under Brown's Creek bridge 2 weeks ago and the guys were snagging exactly as described by the OP. I didn't witness it myself but have 100% confidence in those that told me.

Ignorance of the law is No excuse!!

If you're talking about the one from Marshall county, you're right, she doesn't play. She's awesome at what she does and she's a nice person too. The problem is, she moved back to the county where she grew up. I talked to her quite often when she was our GW and have spoken to her a couple times since she moved. She helped me get control of tresspassers on our farm and I helped her bust some deer poachers. We became pretty good buddies. I have both Marshall county GW's phone numbers saved in my phone. I don't play when it comes to game violators. I'd turn them in, in a heartbeat.
