Me and the wife went to Upper Bear yesterday but only managed to catch 2 (which both was 12'' fish) I guess water was still to warm (upper 70's) was fishing in 20' of water and fish was at about 12' caught using minnows but it was a very nice day to be on the water but I'm ready for some cooler weather and some fall fishing.
