Thread: needing a little help.

im haveing a hard time with the shipping co Grainger uses. ive ordered some 3/4" 10' long fiberglass solid rods to make myself two shallow water anchers. ive orderd them the first time and they called to set a date for delivery, and they left a message. i called for 4 days, 3 times a day just to get a voice mail. finally got a hold of a real person, told me she was at her other job she'd call me back later, WHAT? called Grainger and had them call with me on 3 way call to them. this sheri chick that takes care of their shipping to a res , told Grainger that she had been trying to get in contact with me for days to set an date for delivery. BS. i was the one trying my best to get them, hell i want my rods. sheri ended up hanging up on me and Grainger, way to do bussiness. so i stoped that order and reordered for a pick up in birmingham at Grainger, told would be there on 12/29 before 1:00. got there at 2:00 waited till 3:00, nothing. found out they sent though same shipping co. my rods are in nashville and wont be in to the 3rd. thanks Grainger i really wanted to waist a 3 hour round trip. stop the order again, will never order with them again. ok my rant is over. any one know where i could pick up 3 8' rods in 3/4" or 3 10' in 3/4" fiberglass and a fiberglass pipe in 1" with a 3/4" inside di to joint them together. thanks.

thanks guys. i took a look there and found what i needed, even saved a few bucks. guess i ll have to spend what i saved on some BGs. lol thanks again guys really appreciate it.
