Thread: Neely henry crappie

20 keepers, caught about 40 shorts. 8-10:30 AM ,docks, 7-9 foot on the drops to the river channel,1/32 oz. slow 5-7 count, (B G) outlaw, 2 inch grub black and chartreuse. Saw a few down riggers to day in the channels looked like they caught a couple. Will be out of town till Friday,will let you guys know how the bite is when I get back in town.

Thanks for the report. That was probably me and the wife out there spider rigging the channels. We caught 18 and had a few decent fish mixed in. Our crappie club will hold our end of year classic there on Nov. 5th so you may see a few more spider riggers between now and then.

Roger A, I'm sure I did, saw a man and wife out. I'm the one in the 2016 Kentucky blue, lowe 175, running dock to dock.

That's a pretty fast 2 1/2 hours with 60 fish!!! Congrats, that sounds like a ton of fun.
