    Default Pond Diggers?

I have a really small farm pond which is essentially totally dried up due to this drought. It's both small and shallow and I thought this may be a good opportunity to dig it a bit deeper and repack it as it leaks a little through the dam due to roots. Does anyone have any recommendations on who to contact? I'd imagine the price is super variable but what would someone good charge per hour? I'm of the mindset that I don't want to spend too much as this is the first time it has dried up in my 5 years here but also don't want to be a cheapskate and have some goober come in and just make it leak worse. I'm in Cullman by the way.

Rowe hauling and excavation or anders dump truck both great guys that do good work located out of Massey area. Around bottom of battleground mountain. Everyone will probably be covered up right now cleaning ponds out. Since it's so dry. I think a dozer will run you 90-150 per hr depending the size. Maybe one of them can help you out.

Thanks, I'll give them a try. I was conservatively estimating 200/hour in my head.

Do you know what the typical min hours usually are for a job?

Good luck. I hope you get the job done the way you want and for a reasonable price. I tried to get our neighborhood to deepen our pond since it dried up...no luck here being in a builder community.
