    If you want cheap but it works go to wally world and get the dock demon combo comes in 2 types one with a small spinning reel or the cheapest with a spin cast...........

    That is a great looking home poured jig!!! We got back last Wednesday from Weiss. Wore the fish out!!! Blue Chartruse, curley tail & tube jig. Hung up long line poles and got out dock shooters. I have been shooting since 1996. I like a lite action pole 5'6''-6' . my best pole now is the $50 guide series @ gander mountain. Ive tried ultra lite but I break them pulling so hard for extra distance. Also I like the extra backbone for puling bigger fish from under the docks.

    I've just started doing this in the past month. Tried prespawn and got skunked. I did like it so I will give it another try in a month or so.
