Weiss lake report 3/17 &18

I made a quick 2 day trip with the little woman to Weiss. We spent both days fishing in Spring Creek. We had it all to our self. Water temperature was 67. Started out long lining on Thursday morning picked up 10 by 11:00 then the bite stop. I put the long lining rods up and got out the spider rigging stuff out and went to the stump flats in the back and end up with 40+ keeps. On Friday I should have started out long lining but I went back to the flats first thing the bite was slow until 1:00 then it pick back up and we ended up with 38. Most of the fish was in less then 3 fow with an average size of 12 inches with 3 over 16 inches.

That's an awesome two days for sure. Way to get after them with multiple techniques. I love a challenge.
