Well that time of year which is in 2 weeks or so you will need to be willing to lose some sleep if you are trying to get to the town creek bridge to fish from the bank as it is already seeing a lot of early bank fishing right now although the bite is rather slow.The same is true, if you are trying to get one of the limited tie up places under the bridge in a boat, some of those people practally live under that bridge.Usually you can get a spot if you are there a little before 4 am daylight savings time....this will be central time by the time you get here ,this doesnt mean you are going to catch fish this early although when the hot bite is on you can ,it just means you are getting there to be in position when the fish do start biting.......right now the bite is limited to the crack of dawn till about 7am.All that said if the water temp goes on down to the 60° range or lower by then the fishing should be great!!!If you cant get under the bridge try the riprap bank to the outside of the bridge.Or another place would be to go on up the way from there to South Sauty bridge .
