Looks like this season of my life is drawing to an end. I've really enjoyed this one and will miss my neighbors but its time to move on. I've promised two of em ill come back by boat and take them fishing. Selling this will free me up to travel with my wife more. And free up my cash flow. Keeping up two houses can be trying at times . Many memories wee made here!!!

Sorry for your lose but with one house you'll have more time to fish and spend time with your wife, the kids and grandkids. Nothing worse then spending the perfect Saturday under the sink with a wrench.

Alls good, still guiding a little and fishing. Living on the lake was not feasible anymore. The wifey hated it up there, plus it was stressing our finances keeping up two houses. I'm still able to use the public boat ramps to fish from. No worries
