    Best of luck with the sale. I sold my camp at Toledo Bend about 3 weeks ago. It was 200 miles from our house and that got to be hard. And though it wasn't spectacular like yours, it still cost to operate and maintain.

    Yes D , second homes get expensive. Looks like the sale will go thru. If not i have another buyer on standby. I've been blessed with interest.
