Thanks, Rick! Been looking for a report from Pickwick to go pull some cranks. Were you on the Ala. side or Ms side? Good report!

I was near the mouth of Bear creek out in front of the boat houses. I coulda done better on a weekday, the lake was turned into a bathtub at around 11:30 so I quit.

I'm giving it a go tomorrow for the first time. Don't have any Bandits yet but I have some old Model A Bombers that go 8-10ft and some Rebel deep wee R's that go 8-12ft that I'm going to give a try. Will post results but probably will be a short outting

I had mine on a leader with a barrel swivel and a 1 ounce egg sinker so they would run deeper. I was dragging bottom with them when i got into 18 FOW

Those bomber A's will work too. I've caught a number of fish on them.
