    Hadn't been to Weiss but Jordan was rolling Saturday. All this water has the water stained.

    Looking at a first trip to weiss from east tn, for it's legendary crappie. be about 4 of us, need a nice place to stay, guide not necessary. any recommendations (web site appreciated). Spring time frame.

    weisslakelodge.com nice folks and safe place to stay only it is not on the water.

    We always stay at weiss lake lodge. Great people and you can get to any part of the lake pretty easily from there.

    Fish have been biting pretty good on Weiss. Casting a cork and fly seems to produce as well as trolling in the Little River area. The fish were doing good up the Coosa before the rain but it will have to clear up some before they start back.
