    Default logan martin 10/31

Decided to hit the water yesterday to see if I could get any early season long lining action. Only caught 3 crappie and two striper long lining, but hey i expected nothing. Sure felt good to have cold fingers and ears on the water and see the mist coming off the water and the leaves changing colors. Wont be long now. Did great last december (got several limits) so another 6 weeks and it should be on. Did catch 7 bass with a shakey head and green pumpkin/watermelon finesse worm. If your ever on logan and the crappie are not biting the spotted bass can't resist the shakey head. not a great bass fisherman but throwing this around docks and rocky points is just about a guarantee of some action.

Glad to hear you got out. The crappie better be wary, you're starting early this year and will have them patterened well before Dec! lol
