    Big fish ! I haven't caught say a dozen or more on Catoma this year. But them suckers have been huge ! IT seems being quit in that clear water is important. Great catch.

    i had a 22 month old beating the side of the boat with a pair of needle nose. it was all just luck and grace. had a really good time. love that little lake.

    Nice fish! But good reports from Lake Catoma make me sad since I live only 10 minutes away from it but have only fished it a handful of times. For as few times as I take my larger boat to Guntersville, I really should just sell it and use the money to buy a top notch Catoma rig. If they would allow 4 stokes up to 25hp or so instead of sticking with the dated 10hp limit meant to target 2 strokes it would be an easy choice.

    The 22 month old might be just the trick. Make sure you use the same pair of pliers.
