    Default anniversary present

Well wife wanted a ring for our twentieth anniversary so I agreed as long as I could buy myself something. Used it for the first time last night. One of those new infra red grills and it works great. Cooked me some crappie in a little olive oil (after marinating for awhile in sea salt and lemon) on the plate that came with the side burner. On the grill I cooked various veggies and mushrooms that were marinated in italian dressing. Awesome. on my old grill the veggies would have been flaring up and catching fire but not with this one not a single flare up and cooked perfectly. I'm a happy camper!!

Very nice. I do fish similar. I use an iron skillet and prefer butter over olive oil but use either. I have found a good seasoning powder(Raging Cajun) . Veggies look great ./

That looks like an awesome set up 99! Good eats for sure, at that rate, the crappie fillets may not last as long as you thought this year! Lol

Yea I know, been eating two or three times a week. I normally put enough in freezer to eat once a week for a year so gonna run out at this rate. That's ok I'll start eating them big green fish!
