Visited Humminbird yesterday in Eufaula and had the pleasure of a short conversation with a couple of employees who fish the lake. I was interested in crappie and they reported the bite has been unreal for past few weeks. Talked to a fellow at the welcome station just south of town and he reported the same thing. Saw a good number boats in spots you see hwy 441. Had lunch just across the bridge on Georgia side. Man, what a buffet that was! Got to get back up there with my boat.
