If you are going down, the fish are hitting right there close little river at spring creek on the river channel. Troll 1/16 jigs. I saw some people with a double jig. There where also some people tightlining. But we trolled 1/16 and done good. We used southern pro hot grubs and did best on the crawdad color. The fish shut off when the sun got hot around 11 or 12 but the morning bite was good as well as the evening. We caught over 20 keepers one evening within a hour. So if I had to do over, I would go in for lunch around 12 or 1 and go back out around 3:30 or 4. So good luck and good fishing.
