I need to buy a piece of land. 1 to 2 acres within a 30 mile radius of Sumiton. I need a lease purchase from someone. I'm just being upfront, I went bankrupt in 2008 and I can't buy jack from the bank. Must be zoned for a double wide mobile home. 24 to 36 month arrangement would be nice.
