    Bought the lot for an investment property , feel in love with the view! But the economy says she's gots to go. When I sell her the first thing I'm doing is buying another boat....LOL. They are cheaper than lake homes....

    Ha ha, I'll miss her. But we have seasons in our life. Living on the lake is no longer in my budget. I will replace my boat and continue to fish. I have a seventeen old who wants to be a doctor , so my monies are zapped for the next ten years.

    The boathouse was on the lot when I purchased it. It cost the man 65 grand to build. Trex flooring, 40 piling s ,treated timbers, and real cedar shake shingles...... Cost to play !!!
