    Default Turkey hunting

It has been uneventful so far this season. I believe Blount & Cullman are void of turkeys and
limited in Winston. Just not gobbling at all! Seen several during deer season. Anyone else
    having issues locating toms?

Went Saturday morning and they were gobbling like crazy. Heard about 10 different birds and seen at least 7. We killed 2 by 10:00 (wasted 2 hours on one bird before giving up on him). First turkey hunt I had ever really been on. We were in Tn though...

Worst turkey season ever on my end. Monroe Co. Winston, and Blount nothing heard all season. Lamar heard two on the same day. I hunted a lot (the most I've ever hunted for turkeys) ended up with a BIG fat ZERO. Think I'll stick with deer, dove and quail at least I know Alabama has those.

Went back this past Saturday for a little while. Was rushing trying to beat the rain. Had several talking and saw 6 gobblers and heard 4 more. Had one at 35 yds that I did not know was there until it was too late. Would have been a good morning I think if we were not rushing trying to beat the rain. May give it one more try this weekend.
