Thread: Woods Reservoir and Tims Ford Lake

Went to Woods yesterday morning. Went up lake. We caught around 12 crappie and a several yellow bass. Only one crappie measure. Saw several people around us catching crappie, but lots of smalls. We had several measure 9 7/8. Could not stretch it. Caught 1 small at Tims. This is report is to hopefully get other people reporting on the TN page.

I went to Woods for a couple of hours Sunday afternoon long lining. Didn't catch a single crappie. Tried three different areas. They may be all up shallower than I was fishing. Haven't been to Tims in awhile, but hit Normandy several times in the fall. Caught a handful of good ones there, but the bulk of my catch was small which seemed to be a common report. I'm going to try Priest next.
