    Prayer Request 04 Avalon going under knife tomorrow


    Valve cover gaskets
    knock sensors and harness
    spark plugs. Are all in same area under intakes.
    they are this month

    rotors all around with pads
    front struts
    next month

    timing belt
    water pump
    tensioners and pulleys
    in May

    should be road worthy then.

    Walk in the Park...........start pulling Heads, changing Hard Parts, that's surgery. Your new ride will be just fine with the work in front of it.

    Labor booked out at
    3.5 hrs valve cove gaskets
    3.5 hrs knock sensors
    2.5 hrs spark plugs
    1 hr thermostat & hoses.
    1 hrs coolant resivoir
    1 hr intake boots
    That’s 13 hrs seperate
    He grouped it all together.

    stage one complete.
    valve cover gaskets.
    Upper and lower intake gaskets
    spark plugs
    thermostat and hoses
    knock sensors and harness
    coolant resivoir and antifreeze
    intake boots
    609 parts. 500 labor. Total price 1100.00
    his shop rate is 100 an hour so he saved me 800 labor grouping everything under intakes together at one time.

    That's fantastic! I would let someone else fix my stuff for that! I'm getting tired of finding broken stuff everywhere I turn. The pendulum has to swing the other way for me soon. Great for you to have the first phase completed for such a reasonable price.
