    Default Valentines Lunch

OK, it isn't crappie, but it was still good set of fried pork chops and fried rice on the Blackstone. My wife prepped the food, and my daughter helped me with the fried rice cooking.

If I'm not at work or taking kids to their activities, you might find me on "The Rez" fishing. If not there, I could be in the garage working on my boat.

Nice. Both look yummy. I haven’t used our Blackstone in a while. I need to get it out again.

We are having fake spring #2 here with highs the low 70s, so it was a good time to cook outdoors, especially since I'm waiting on some polyester resin and fiberglass to dry. I got a little extra motivation from watching the Left Field Lounge smoke running across the main camera view of the Mississippi State baseball game yesterday afternoon.
