    but it was for a good cause if that is of any concern ....
    baked up crispy crappie filets, with a side of crispy taters and some ketchup and tartar sauce ....
    simplicity at it's finest for sure .....

    Baking the bigger fillets for sure is the only way for me. What I bake them in is where the creativity comes in.
