Default Jordan Lzke on February 6

We went to the Farrington ramp to see how the fishing was after the two cold weeks we had. We were able to launch the boat, but all of the water above the Farrington bridge was solid ice and most of the water in the bay out in front the ramp was ice. The first picture is us as we plow through the ice on the way back to the ramp. Second picture is then we launched--water temp was 31.1. Sure will be glad to see warmer days in the future. In the preview, the pictures are sideways, not sure why.

This is the first time I remember a pond I drive by almost daily being frozen over. It’s been cold.

Thanks for the info and pictures. I thought about taking the kayak down to Jordan to see if I couldn't round up a few crappie. I'll need to let it warm up a bit before I try.
