My package finally made it to Palestine, but regular mail didn't deliver it and the post office brought me some Amazon packages and they didn't have it, so I went down to the post office and got it since I plan on being on the lake early tomorrow and want to use one or two items!

Hmmm, ACAMS is in PALISTINE, TEXAS!!!! I don't think USPS can operate outside the US. Even Mail to Servicemen and women are handled by military folks for overseas delivery...
