Jones-ing for some Summer Sausage I rolled thru a dozen website before settling on
Wisconsin River Meats | Quality Meats and Custom Processing
I ordered several flavors but opened the Buffalo Summer Sausage last night.
Dicing up a selection of little Cheeses to go with the Summer Sausage was a natural thing.
And being on a Mega Cheez-it kick I cut everything up to fit on the tiny cracker.
Now for the Recliner to sit back and enjoy.........

Most of y'all know I have made Sausage for a very long time and just wanted to buy some Summer Sausage this time. Well I very happy I did. What a tiny snack cracker but a huge recommendation. It’s nice when companies take pride and do a job well. Can’t remember the brand but it was a jalapeņo cheese summer sausage I bought at local grocery store. I wasn’t that impressed with them but my oldest daughter and I crushed them.
