Nugget, Twain is a really good fishery, spring and fall are like anywhere else and the summertime day fishing is futile as the big boats are having their fun in the sun. Having said that, it is NOTHING like the Ozarks like N2Crappie has said. It is more comparable to Coralville Res. nightmares on weekends. I would spend most of my time in Lick Creek and Pigeon Roost. North and south forks are good but have more fishing pressure. With pixel fishing equipment we have today finding productive water is usually not a problem. It's about the same run as Rathbun with more paces to fish. I've fished them both a lot over the years.
