    Default Thumpin the paint off the cocaine on Okeechobee


    Decided to hit the Big O before the front yesterday morning to do a little perch jerkin and I'm glad we did. We started fishing around 7:30 and went right to work...they were fired up and slap inhaling the jig. We fished scattered bull rushes in about 3ft of water...tried a few different colors and they were feeing for Glenn's cocaine jig...we had our limits of specks and had several nice bass by 11. Left'em biting

    You laid a smack down on those slabs, nice bass too. Amazing that the bass love little baits too.

    Elephants eat peanuts lol. The biggest bass of my life came off a crappie jig and it was pushing 12lbs...just never know
