Thread: Homemade Blueberry Scones

I can't take any credit in the making of these Scones. a Pioneer Woman recipe my bride worked this dough for over 30 minutes this morning before baking. I'm thinking they are going to be tough but they Melt in your mouth.



She rolled the dough into a log when finishing folding in the Blueberries then cut into Scones before baking. These are not Iced yet.



Once Iced I had to get into them. Before I did a fresh pot of Dunkin Doughnuts Coffee was brewed.



I ate 2 of these with 2 mugs of coffee. I had to force myself to walk by the recliner and go clean up my shop........

I bet they were delicious! Sounds good
