If you planned on using pony head jigs and catching fish was a must... willow, Colorado, or Indiana?

I feel that willow blades work better for inactive fish, but Colorado is better for feeding fish. I do not have much experience with Indiana blades

If I use them , willow blades for me ….the Colorado versions seem to be a bit to much vibrating and twisting up on the retrieval…. No clue what an Indiana version is …..

I prefer willow too. Indiana is more teardrop shape than Colorado blade.

I prefer a hammered nickel willow in the areas i fish. I use them for the flash in clear to moderate stained water so that makes the best flash. In the rare occasions i fish a really stained water, colorado gold is the winner.

Colorado make more thump/noise, willow make more flash. Plain make one big flash, hammered make several small flashes like fry.

Willow blades (duplicate minnow flash )70 percent of the time . Very small colorado (better lift ) for red ear fishing .jmo most of the time I use curly tail/ thump tail neither is used unless a bite is hard to get .
Even Jesus had a fish story ! Actually five .

I have quite a few bladed jig molds and use all types of blades. For the Herring underspin molds I like willow blades and for the pillhead and chub spins which are smaller and more related to crappie fishing my favorite is an Indiana in #0 or 00. My bass spinner baits I use #3-4 Colorado blades for more thump.

What Jim said. Indiana blades thump a little different so they’re worth keeping around.
