Thread: spider rigging for a complete amateur?

I've been running the 16 foot BGJP B&M poles with 3/4 Ounce Capps and Coleman rigs and its been very productive lately. I've used Jenko 8-14 footers for years but the 16 BGJP seem to produce better.

I tried the size 2500 shimano fx when pappy recommended it & have a bunch of them now. It's all i use when pitching & long poling with livescope & they have been great & only about 20 bucks at walmart.
