it is nice reading the posts from ripin, keefer, and Joe dog. so I get to put something out there. finally got the fish to cooperate a little bit this morning fishing brushpiles in 25 to 30 foot of water. morning got cut short because of losing to many spoons in our brushpile! (not in the trees like some people get exused of) did manage to catch this maybe smallest fish of the year. got a few more days will see how it goes.![]()

Spinnerbait Crappie, nice.
Sounds like some braded line might help?
Nice thanks for sharing. Used to take a annual trip down there stayed at Blackburns. We were chasing stripers with the Binks spoons.
Good stuff!

I tried fishing a spoon at Perry yesterday. 0 fish. 1 brush pile. -1 spoon.
Kudos to ya!
We love Norfork, spent 4 weeks there in October
Nice report, I learned many a year ogo, cut two hooks off the spoon, or remove treble hook and replace with a single hook. works great.
