    After frying 80 some fillets on Christmas eve time to do a little restock. Oh and I just like to fish. Pomme again over brush piles. Seemed like they wanted a little more color to the tails variety of baits worked. Great weather day too for the first of the year.     Nice mess of crappie, good start for 2026. I plan on my first trip tomorrow. Hopefully find some keepers like that. Going to keep some this year.
