Default order things to set up my play toys in the shed

Been getting some things lined up and ordered to set up my soft plastic toys in the shed. have had a small microwave, toaster-oven and a few molds out there collecting dust. Last time I went and re-arranged things I found 2 half jugs of black label Dead On Plastix plastisol. Ordered me a kit from Do-it and got another injector, and a couple colors and a pint of their plastisol to try. I also ordered me a de-gassing pot and pump. It's supposed to be here Saturday. I have a list of other things to order yet from M-F Manufacturing, Bait Plastics as well as Do-it Molds.
Was on do-its soft plastic forum "custom baits" and seen some stuff from a few people I want to try doing. Will post up Pic's when I get going...Thank you for the interest. Eric

    My simple basics:
    top-pour and injector type molds

plaster of Paris molds I made to copy some lures I can't find molds for

    plastisol: medium and soft grades

    Pyrex cups

Spike-it dipping dye in different colors

Spike-It marker pens in different colors

    different color dyes for pouring

glitter in different sizes and colors

    microwave

    butter knife to stir

    tablespoon for making spoon minnows

candle for joining various parts of lures together and battery soldering iron to smooth seams

I wouldn't know the use of all the rest of the stuff in your post.

(Laminate color plastics are my only failing, but they're more for me than the fish and I no longer try making them.)

I currently have 3 aluminum injector molds and several plaster of paris (POP) open pour molds. Dead on Plastix is plastisol, and the de-gassing chamber takes any air bubles out of the plastic before injecting giving you a better product. I didn't mention a couple little pointed spoons for hand pouring the bellies on the ultra small 1.75-in. crappie baits. A technique I'm learning thanks to CTOM and some of the outstanding baits he produces. It willl take time to get it down, but the results are out of this world...

Discovering new and unique lure shapes and actions is as important to me as catching fish. I figure, fishes have no sense but senses galore to detect lures and provoke aggression. Fish are bullies, like all predators, and practice taking it out on itty bitty lures or at times on some lures as large as they are .

Fascinating, fun with many surprises to say the least!
