    Got out yesterday and fished for 3 hours, tried different depths and every color I had available with not one bite

    Livescopers have gutted the lake. 4-5 inchers are all that left. Legalize the crank telephone. Same thing!!!!!!

    Like many, my lakes have changed. I feel that livescope has made things less accessible to those without. I bought a 106sv and it’s got all the settings need to be reset so I don’t even get the sonar and side scan working right, so I’m kinda under the gun trying to fish with limited underwater vision. With all that said;

    I’ve been a few times. I’ve spent too long a couple of times looking for brush that was never found. The crappie I’ve found were mostly small but the bycatch has kept me busy. I post now and then but I wondered if I was alone also. Good to see some of the names I remember from years back. God Bless and Merry Christmas to everyone. I’m looking forward to a very good holiday with the family, but no turkey. We’ve decided to do rib eyes for Christmas dinner, we needed a change.

    I feel the same way about livescope.
    I miss the good days of fishing before all the technology. Merry Christmas to everyone as well.
    We’ve been doing the ribeye for Christmas for awhile and it’s become my favorite.

    Been busy with work and the few times the boys and myself have hit the water it has been to chase smallmouth below the damn. May give the crappie a go this weekend, if we do will post the results.
    Just floating along on a river of destiny, with the hope it's the Tennessee River and there is a livewell full of Crappie!

    I had planned on going Monday, but the Chick was 7 ft below full pool. 6-6 1/2 ft is my cut off. I only feel safe using the ramp at Grasshopper Creek when lake levels are at or around this level.
