Good on the straps. Moving the boat forward, may increase tongue weight some.
With a light boat, may keep from 'tail wagging the dog' syndrome.

I have a 1996 Lund Pro-V, my bunks are 4" beyond the transom. Always been that way, too.
Have to position transducers, to not interfere.

    Boat is looking darn good!

I’ve become busy with my Queens radiation and the cold keeps me inside some. The boat is done in the basic assembly with seats and carpet. Rained so hard recently that the front of the boat that was under cover was completely wet. I need a day of warm weather that I can pull the boat out into the sun for warmth and light to get back into the wiring. I’ve got a stray wire that got disconnected during the earlier work that engages the starter. The unfinished project is starting to bother my self imposed OCD and I’ll have to get something done to make it quiet down. No new pics but I’ll get something done taken soon when I pull it out into the sun. Thanks for keeping up and kicking me in the right direction .

Just oar locks on it and you can fish out of it, stay warm, admire other boaters passing you with their alternate power sources, etc.. lol
Prayers for you and Queen. Wishing you and the family a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

p.s. I have oar locks on mine, brings back memories of when my paddled and rowed us while we fished. I have come to realize how important these times must have been for him.

You gewber, git'r done. Just kidding. I know how things get in the way, and weather never seems to cooperate. Here's my advise, do what you want, when you want to, and don't worry. Many of us are old enough now to do exactly so, you know! Keep on keeping on, or as we said in the 60's, keep on trucking.

I haven’t seen those guys for a lot of years!! I also have some news of progress. I spent today wiring pumps and lights and such with good success. Things went smooth as I had planned and the weather cooperated. I’ve been around some boats with neat looking interior lights but never did much in any of my boats. This one had em built in while I had everything stripped down and they came out nice. Now that all my accessories are working I work on the harness for the motor. Still need to do the impeller and the choke solenoid. Neither is hard so I should after the rain clears out tomorrow. I like progress…..here’s the pics……
