    Default Crappie Tacos - a not so expert recipe!


    My first attempt at Crappie Tacos here, I threw in a bit of humor to spice it up.

    Looks ok but , you should Try the egg bath and then seasoned up 33 33 33 breadcrumbs,yellow corn meal, panko in a big bag
    Put em on a lightly oiled cookie sheet into. 375 preheated oven for 20 minutes ….
    Shredded lettuce in a bowl of ice and water in the fridge ….drain the water before serving…
    sweet diced onion , tomato and cilantro…
    Crumble queso blanco over them, when assembled and a squeeze of lime with your favorite salsa
    Thank me later bro ….

    We season them with some Cajun seasoning and let them sit till room temp. About 20 minutes then place them on a hot frying pan. Sear both sides good and uses all the same fixings above.
    Grand kids love them too.
    I joke with the kids and say
    INSTEAD OF MAKING A RUN TO THE BORDER!!
    I MAKE A RUN ON THE WATER!!
