Thursday I was in the Glaize and started off with two nice bass before my feet froze solid. When the clouds broke I switched to a jerkbait on windy banks and caught a variety including 8 big crappie. Friday I launched at Coffman slip corking minnows and pitching a Shinee Hinee. Idk what's up with the crappie bite in the Gravios but it has sucked for me. I ended up with 7 and tried throwing a jerkbait again for whatever would bite. If you like white bass this would be the time to go. I also got some largemouth, a drum, and one slab crappie.

Nice catches despite the conditions. Those fish look like they are finding enough to eat and then some.

Heard that the bite is different this year. Hoping to go dock shooting over there soon. Thanks for posting.

crappie are as predictable as women are not. On my fav LSL dock absolutely killed the keeper crappie last couple of years but this year? Hardly any even the bugeyes, mostly caught a few sunfish. so time to adjust and put some brush out.
WTG quite a terrific mixed bag, glad you endured the cold which I'm not good at anymore.
Nice!
